Kim...It DID pay to wear 4 pairs of glasses. I should try 6 and see how close i can focus.
It didn't really pay, but it SAVED money since I didn't have to take the watch in for a new battery.

Bunch of glasses

Had to put on 4 pairs of glasses so I could focus down to 3 inches to work on Jerrie's watch.

Maybe I should just get the appropriate jewlers loupes? Ya think?!?

I'm working on a new blog site that will be more like an interactive forum.

I thought I had it working, but then I didn't work on it for a few days and it seems to be broken!

battery

Had to jump start the truck today. Left the lights on at the store.
I still had the old battery that I pulled out of the truck a few weeks back when I put a new one in.

Had a set of cables, so I tried it and it worked!

I may have to charge that battery and put it in a plastic box and leave it in the truck for such emergencies. Strap it down somewhere in back...could be handy.
And THEN..> I need to put in a headlight reminder chime or something.

The stupid truck has OLD fashioned lights, not automatic, no reminder...CHEAP, I tell you.
Maybe it's busted? If it is, it has never worked, but I should check into that.
RTFM might give me a clue too. (read the (fine) manual).
