2 eggs

1 lb sausage

2 lb hamburger

2 cups (1/2 can) fine ground bread crumbs as shown (15 oz can)

1/2 can of these bread crumbs (above)

 

 

Add Following to your taste.

Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp

Garlic powder 1 tbsp

Ketchup half bottle maybe 38oz bottle. Also some slatherous amount on top.

Sweet onion finely chopped

 

 

Bake 350 till done. 1 to 1.5 hours depending on pan size

Bake covered for all but maybe half hour approx. -- to make the ketchup caramelize.

I turned it to broiler for a few minutes for extra carmelization.  Maybe 5 to 10 max but WATCH CAREFULLY or it will BURN quickly.
